Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Dec 3/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For tonight and Sunday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
Fire Weather Warning for Saturday.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is current.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated showers and thunderstorms today west of about Coober Pedy to Port
Lincoln and east of Goolwa to Port Augusta to Leigh Creek to Tibooburra. On
Sunday, isolated showers and thunderstorms southwest of about Oodnadatta to
Bordertown with showers becoming scattered during the afternoon and
thunderstorms becoming scattered over the West Coast District and adjacent parts
of the Northwest Pastoral. Isolated showers and thunderstorms developing
elsewhere during the afternoon except in the far northeast. Warm overnight then
a generally hot Sunday. Moderate to fresh northeast to northwest winds, shifting
southwest to southeast over the Nullarbor Plain. Light to moderate afternoon sea
breezes.
