Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 20/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for the rest of SundayFine over the northern plains. Isolated showers in central areas clearing this morning bu isolated showers and thunderstorms about the eastern ranges during the afternoon and evening. Early fog in the south. Mild in the south with areas of cloud during the morning. Warm and mostly sunny in the north. Generally light winds inland, freshening coastal seabreezes in the afternoon.
Forecast for MondayFine apart from isolated showers and thunderstorms about the eastern ranges in the afternoon and evening. Warm to hot with light to moderate northerly winds, cooler near the coast with light to moderate afternoon sea breezes.
Forecast for TuesdayFine apart from isolated showers and thunderstorms developing over the southwest late afternoon or evening. A warm to hot and mainly sunny day with freshening northerly winds. Local afternoon coastal seabreezes in Gippsland and over the far southwest coast.
Forecast for WednesdayFine apart from isolated showers and thunderstorms over the southwest late afternoon or evening. A warm to hot and partly cloudy day with generally moderate to fresh northerly winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EDT Sunday.* Calls to 1300 numbers cost around 27.5c incl.
