Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 16/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for the rest of TuesdayIsolated showers on and south of the ranges and also near the New South Wales border. Cool with mainly light to moderate southwesterly winds.
Forecast for WednesdayFine apart from isolated showers near the west coast during the morning and at night. A mostly sunny day with a light to moderate westerly wind and afternoon coastal seabreezes.
Forecast for ThursdayIsolated showers in the southwest extending to on and south of the ranges during the day. Fine and partly cloudy in the north. Cool to mild with moderate westerly winds shifting southwesterly from the southwest.
Forecast for FridayFine after isolated showers clear from the southeast during the morning. A cool to mild and mostly sunny day with a light to moderate southerly wind, freshening near the coast during the afternoon.
Forecast for SaturdayFine apart from isolated showers and thunderstorms over the northeast during the afternoon and evening. Cool to mild in the south but warmer in the north. Chiefly light to moderate southerly wind, freshening near the coast during the afternoon.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:00 am EDT Wednesday.* Calls to 1300 numbers cost around 27.5c incl.
