MELBOURNE - Sep 21/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for the rest of TuesdayIsolated drizzle redeveloping over southern Victoria overnight. Generally light to moderate south to southwesterly winds.
Forecast for WednesdayIsolated light showers or drizzle in the south and possibly developing about the northeast ranges. Morning fog patches in the east. Generally sunny over the northern plains. Cool to mild with mainly moderate south to southwesterly winds.
Forecast for ThursdayIsolated drizzle in the south. Fine and mainly sunny across the north after local morning fog. Cool to mild with light to moderate south to southwesterly winds tending more westerly later.
Forecast for FridayLocal morning fog. Partly cloudy with isolated showers or drizzle over the southwest and along the coast, mostly clearing by the afternoon. Fine in the north. Cool to mild with moderate west to northwesterly winds.
Forecast for Saturday
Isolated showers over the southwest and about the eastern ranges. Fine although partly cloudy elsewhere.
Cool to mild with generally moderate northwest to westerly winds.
