MELBOURNE - Sep 2/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For Friday.
WARNING SUMMARY:
Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Northwest and Northeast Pastoral.
Flood Watch for the Northeast Pastoral, Flinders, Mid North and Mt Lofty Ranges
for Friday and Saturday.
Strong Wind Warning for the West and South Central Coasts.
An Advice to Sheep Graziers has been issued for Saturday.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Areas of rain and possible thunder extending throughout during the day with
local heavy falls likely in the Northeast Pastoral, Flinders, Mid North and Mt
Lofty Ranges. Thunderstorms becoming scattered northeast of about Coober Pedy to
Port Augusta to Broken Hill. Warm with moderate northerly winds in the north,
cool to mild with moderate northeast to southeast winds over the remainder.
Winds strengthening about the western and south central coasts during the
afternoon and evening.
