Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 1/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

For the rest of today and Friday:
WARNING SUMMARY:
A Flood Watch has been issued for the Northeast Pastoral, Flinders, Mid North
and Mt Lofty Ranges for Friday and Saturday.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
Isolated light showers, tending to patchy rain over western districts and
increasing to areas of rain northwest of Ceduna today. Areas of rain extending
throughout during Friday with local heavy falls likely in the Northeast
Pastoral, Flinders, Mid North and Mt Lofty Ranges. Isolated thunderstorms over
the west of the Northwest Pastoral and developing over the Northeast Pastoral
northeast of Leigh Creek today, extending throughout on Friday and becoming
scattered northeast of about Oodnadatta to Port Augusta to Renmark. Mild to warm
with moderate northerly winds in the north, cool to mild with moderate south to
southeast winds over the remainder. Winds shifting east to northeast in the east
of Friday.
