Shelled Edible Grade Season to Date Utilization Up 4% from Last Year Peanut Stocks in Commercial Storage Totaled 1.83 Billion Pounds Peanut stocks commercial storage on July 31, 2010 came in at 1.83 billion pounds of equivalent farmer stock, versus 2.13 billion pounds a year ago. This total includes 991 million pounds of actual farmer stock.
Shelled peanuts on hand totalled 784 million pounds of farmer stock equivalent. Roasting stock totalled 52.9 million pounds.
