MELBOURNE - Aug 10/10 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Gale Warning for coastal waters Mandurah to Windy Harbour.
Strong Wind Warnings for coastal waters from Carnarvon to Esperance.
Forecast for Wednesday
SW Land Division and far SW Gascoyne: Scattered showers about the SW Capes, with
isolated showers extending to areas southwest of a line Shark Bay to Hopetoun
during the afternoon. Showers increasing late afternoon and tending to areas of
rain towards evening.
Forecast for Thursday
SW Land Division, Gascoyne, western Pilbara, Goldfields, and Eucla: Areas of
rain extending throughout the Goldfields and Eucla during the afternoon. Rain
heavy at times through the SW Gascoyne, Lower West, Central West, adjacent
Central Wheat Belt, Great Southern and the Southwest districts with moderate to
heavy falls possible. Isolated thunderstorms during the evening in the Lower
West and the adjacent Central West and the South West.
