Mixed Week For Field Peas
VANCOUVER - May 14/10 - SNS -- North American field pea markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note, with U.S. origin product holding a strong premium to Canadian.
Limited trading was reported in spot markets for either origin, with some sales of farmers dressed quality field peas reported to the Indian subcontinent.
Markets remain nervous of predictions season ending stocks will approach the million ton mark in Canada this year.
