Markets Unsettled by Canadian Stocks

VANCOUVER - May 7/10 - SNS -- Field pea markets were generally easier against weakness in Canadian origin product on account of a weaker Canadian dollar and limited end user buying interest.

The Canadian market outlook at last week’s annual CICILS conference in Brisbane, Australia proved unsettling because of predictions ending stocks will reach the million ton mark in Canada.

Such thoughts reflect a high degree of pessimism about sales prospects for the March through July period.
