Mixed Performance in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Apr 30/10 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets posted a mixed performance during the past week against limited participation by growers and end users.
In the United States, white proso millet markets slipped as offers from processors and growers moved past the short term needs of the market.
By contrast, oil type sunflower markets managed to advance on the week, while confectionary sunflower was unchanged in limited trading interest.
