Mostly Firmer Finish in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Apr 9/10 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets finished the week on a generally firmer note against rising grower bids in Canada and the United States.
White proso millet bids in the United States have been occupying a trading range in recent weeks, with bids bouncing a quarter of a cent per pound.
Confectionary sunflower markets were mostly steady on the week, while oil type sunflower markets eased slightly despite an uptick in canola and soybean values.
