India's STCs Buy and Sell Pulse Tenders
VANCOUVER - Mar 30/10 - SNS -- India's MMTC Ltd. will tender April 5 to buy around 21,000 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment in April and May.
The tender includes a request for offers of 3,000 MT of No 2 or better Canadian or U.S. origin Laird or Richlea green lentils for delivery to Mumbai and Chennai packed in bulk or 50 kg bags.
MMTC is also looking for offers for 3,000 MT each of: Moong Beans Pediseva from Myanmar for delivery to Mumbai and Chennai; Green Moong Beans from Australia for Mumbai and Chennai; Green Moong FAQ from Tanzania for Mumbai and Chennai; Moong FAQ from China for Mumbai and Chennai; Black Matpe (Urad) SQ from Myanmar for Chennai; and Pigeon Peas (Arhar/Toor) (Lemon) from Myanmar for Chennai, Vizag and Kakinada.
On April 6, MMTC will tender to sell pulses previously imported. The tender to sell product includes: 1,000 MT of Moong Pokako at Chennai; 1,000 MT of Canadian whole red lentils at Kolkatta; and 1,000 MT each of Toor Whole (Matwara), Toor Whole (Malawi), Toor Lemon and Australian desi chickpeas at Mumbai.
