Lentil Spot Markets Firm
Vancouver - Mar 27/10 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week's trading on a firmer note in current crop markets, helped by fresh buying interest from Latin America and the Indian subcontinent.
Demand entering markets is not large, but it remains ahead of quantities growers are willing to sell, forcing markets higher.
Growers are starting to pay closer attention to securing planting seed needs for the spring, while at the sane time considering new crop marketing options.
