USDA Monthly Bean Invitations Totals 610 MT
KANSAS CITY - Mar 24/10 - STAT -- The total quantity of dry edible beans covered by USDA PL-480 food aid tenders this season now totals 27,050 MT, compared to 47,170 MT last year.
Within the bean complex, the USDA is mostly buying colored beans, with purchases down 20,550 MT from last year's 47,030 MT level.
