Rising Inventories Pressure PeasVANCOUVER - Feb 7/10 - SNS -- Fear of rising inventories in Canada pressured field pea markets lower during the past week. Markets anticipated a modest increase in December 31 field pea inventories in western Canada because of a slightly slower export pace than last year. However, expectations that these trends will remain unbroken through the balance of the marketing year is making it harder for prices to be sustained at current levels.
