Vancouver Bulk Vessel Summary

VANCOUVER -- May 10/02 -- STAT -- Exporters have nominated vessels to load a total of 672,512 metric tons (MT) of grains, oilseeds and other agricultural products at the Port of Vancouver in the coming weeks.

The latest data from the Canadian Ports Clearance Association reveals they intend to ship 471,522 MT of wheat from licensed terminals at the port. Exporters have also nominated vessels to lift: 48,640 MT of durum wheat; 46,500 MT of barley; 67,250 MT of canola; 5,000 MT of peas; and 33,600 MT of other bulk agricultural commodities.
