Kidney Bean Exports From Argentina Start With Weak Tendency

PANAMA - Mar 17/25 - SNS -- Argentina's export shipments of kidney beans in January posted significant declines, slumping versus the previous month, judging from data from Instituto Nacional de Estadistica y Censos.

The latest data showed shipments for the month totalled 5,652 metric tons (MT), down 37% from 8,933 the previous month. Versus the same month last year, movement are down 60% from 14,056 MT.

Other was the number one consumer, receiving 2,260 MT. Spain was the second most important destination buying 1,368 MT, followed by Venezuela at 572 MT.
