This was reflected in the U.S. dry edible bean price index slipped 1.1 points on the week to finish trading at 101.2.

By contrast, the spot global price index dropped two points during the week to close at 102.8, while the Canadian index sank 2.6 points to close at 88.9. This is the first time the Canadian index dropped under 90 points since April of 2021.
