Mixed Finish For Birdseeds
PANAMA - Jul 26/24 - SNS - North American birdseed ingredient markets posted a mixed finish in limited trading activity during the past week.
Doubts about production levels in the United States are contributing to a firmer undertone in both sunflower and millet seed markets.
By contrast, Canadian canaryseed markets were slightly easier on the week in both grower and inter dealer markets, reflecting the transition into new crop even though the bulk of the harvest will not occur until September.
