Oil-type Sunflower Exports From Romania Record Weak Performance
PANAMA - Sep 16/23 - SNS -- So far during the calendar year revealed a easier performance, with oil-type sunflower shipments for Romania sank relative to the previous month in July, according to the most recent data from Eurostat.
Shipments reached 1 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 100% from the 65,142 MT exported the previous month. Export sales so far total 606,634 MT, versus 579,640 during the last calendar year.
During the month, United Kingdom was the biggest importer, buying 1 MT. Canada was the second most important destination taking 0 MT, followed by at 0 MT.
