Limited Weakness In Spot Mustard

PANAMA - Jun 2/23 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets finished the week's trading unchanged to easier in limited activity.

Spreads between spot and new crop shipping positions remain large with markets increasingly confident about a prospective increase in available supplies after the coming harvest.

The week started with 94% of the Canadian crop in the ground, down from 97% by the end of May last year and the recent five year average of 97% sown.
