Mustard Remains Mixed On The Week
PANAMA - May 5/23 - SNS -- Spot mustard seed markets were mixed during the past week. with both brown and yellow mustard bids to farmers declining on the week while oriental was steady.
New crop bids were little changed to easier, despite some level of disbelief in this year's seeding intentions report for the crop in western Canada.
Seeding intentions are sometimes mistakenly viewed as actual plantings rather then a signal from farmers as to their thoughts based on current market opportunities for the different crop choices.
