Broadbean Exports From Australia Start With Weak Tendency

PANAMA - Mar 7/23 - SNS -- Australia's shipments of broadbeans in January sank compared to the previous month, according to data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.

The most recent data showed shipments for the month totalled 12,393 metric tons (MT), down 47% from 23,559 the previous month. Compared to the same month last year, shipments were down 59% from 190,065 MT.

United Arab Emirates was the most important importer during the month, receiving 2,368 MT. Thailand was the second most important consumer receiving 2,230 MT, followed by Saudi Arabia at 2,028 MT.
