PANAMA - Jan 30/23 - SNS -- Turkey's export shipments of red lentils during November remained versus the previous month, according to data from Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT).
Shipments reached 43,602 metric tons (MT) for the month, unchanged from the 43,606 MT exported the previous month. Shipments so far total 395,107 MT, versus 239,235 in the same period the last calendar year.
Iraq was the most important importer during the month, taking 14,473 MT. Egypt was the second most important consumer taking 6,457 MT, followed by Eritrea at 4,000 MT.
