Australia's Lentils Exports Record Easy Performance
PANAMA - Dec 8/22 - SNS -- At this point in this marketing year posted a easier month, with lentils movement for Australia were little changed, dropping compared to the previous month in October, according to recent statistics from Australia Bureau of Statistics.
Exports during the month reached 61,797 metric tons (MT), down from 66,176 MT the previous month. This lifted movement so far during the marketing year to 954,163, up 9% last year.
India was the number one importer for the month, taking 33,662 MT. Sri Lanka was the second most important consumer buying 11,020 MT, followed by Nepal at 5,190 MT.
