Australia's Broadbean Exports Post Easy Performance

PANAMA - Nov 5/22 - SNS -- So far during this marketing year posted a weaker month, with broadbean export shipments for Australia sank compared to the previous month in September, judging from the most recent data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.

Total export sales in the month reached 35,865 metric tons (MT), down 31% from the previous month's total of 51,666. So far exports have totalled 584,047 MT, up from 548,636 in the same period the previous marketing year.

The most important consumer during the month was Iraq, taking 21,000 MT. Egypt was the second most important importer buying 3,301 MT, followed by Vietnam at 2,523 MT.
