Chickpeas Largely Unchanged
PANAMA - Oct 7/22 - SNS -- International chickpea markets were largely unchanged in limited trading activity during the past week.
Some strength was noted in desi chickpea markets, reflecting efforts by Australian exporters to accumulate stocks for near term shipment.
Demand from the Indian subcontinent remains somewhat subdued. This is reflected in India's import data for chickpeas between January and August.
