Mustard Steady On The Week
PANAMA - Sep 23/22 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets were unchanged to firmer in limited trading activity during the past week.
Though the Canadian harvest is making good progress, with an estimated 88% of the crop in the bin as the week got underway, compared to 96% last year and the recent average of 80%.
Based on Statistics Canada's yield estimates, this represents 64,000 metric tons (MT) of new crop product, up from 53,000 at the same time last year.
