VANCOUVER - Sep 19/22 - STAT -- U.S. Black Bean markets finished the 2021-22 marketing year with prices soaring 22% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Black Bean was USD$58.57 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $48.02 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags on an FOB plant basis.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $61.00 per cwt in March, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $55.70 per cwt in September.
