VANCOUVER - Sep 19/22 - STAT -- American Millet markets finished the 2021-22 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 7% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Millet was USD$16.94 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $18.17 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $19.38 per cwt in November, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $15.13 per cwt in March.
