Yellow Peas Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/22 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Peas markets finished the 2021-22 marketing year with prices rocketing 49% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Yellow Peas was USD$519.33 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual market value of $349.01 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bulk on a delivered track Vancouver basis.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $562.50 per MT in April, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $422.00 per MT in August.
