Yellow Mustard Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/22 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Mustard markets finished the 2021-22 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 87% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Yellow Mustard was CDN$137.40 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $73.50 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $198.25 per cwt in April, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $58.80 per cwt in August.
