Peas Weaken In Slack Demand
PANAMA - Jul 22/22 - SNS -- Field pea markets continued to ease during the past week, reflected a significant decline in end user demand and expectations yields will at least average across much of the North American growing area.
Market participants are not surprised to see demand migrate to new crop shipping positions, even though there is some concern residual stocks will end up higher than initially expected.
Attention is starting toward this year's harvest and worries about the quantity of product that will be available for early season shipments.
