PANAMA - Jun 17/22 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets continued to ease in spot shipping positions during the past week as trading interest shifts to new crop.
Yellow mustard seed recorded the largest week over decline with the upper end of the grower bid range dropping 6% in Canadian dollar terms and 8% hen converted to U.S. dollars.
Oriental eased 3% on the week in Canadian funds and 5% in U.S. currency. Bid ranges for brown were unchanged on the week to Canadian farmers, though weakness in the Canadian dollar saw bids slip 2% in U.S. dollars.
