Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Reveal Weak Month
PANAMA - Jun 16/22 - SNS -- Bulgaria's exports of confection sunflowers in April sank compared to the previous month, judging from data from Eurostat.
Total exports throughout the month amounted to 7,379 metric tons (MT), down 78% from the previous month's total of 34,303. So far export sales have reached 122,142 MT, up from 118,464 in the same period the last calendar year.
Current trade data showed United States was most important destination, taking 3,245 MT during the month. Canada was the second most important importer receiving 1,974 MT, followed by Norway at 543 MT.
