PANAMA - Feb 18/22 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets remain somewhat volatile, with values influenced by the short term needs of shippers and end users.
Modest gains were recorded in bid levels to farmers for both yellow and oriental mustard, while brown held steady, maintaining a significant premium over other classes.
New crop bid levels to western Canadian farmers were unchanged on the week, remaining at unprecedented levels for opening bids for a crop that has yet to be planted.
