Australia's Broadbean Exports Continue Solid Trend
PANAMA - Dec 2/21 - SNS -- At this point in the marketing year are keeping up a firmer performance, with broadbean exports for Australia rocketed compared to the previous month in October, judging from data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.
Total shipments during the month reached 48,785 metric tons (MT), up 127% from the previous month's total of 21,458. So far export sales have amounted to 597,421 MT, up from 335,738 in the same period the last marketing year.
In the month, Egypt was the number one buyer, receiving 41,446 MT. United Arab Emirates was the second most important buyer receiving 2,407 MT, followed by Saudi Arabia at 2,151 MT.
