WASHINGTON - Nov 9/21 - SNS -- This year's dry edible bean harvest is essentially complete, judging from state level reports from the USDA.
Overall progress is one point ahead of last year and two points ahead of the previous five year average.
Markets need to wait until January for the final official production estimate for the United States.
If there is little change in yields in states such as North Dakota, total output would be expected to come in around 1.06 million metric tons, down from 1.57 million last year and the previous five year average of 1.235 million.
