PANAMA - Nov 5/21 - SNS -- Prices offered to farmers for mustard seed continued to rise during the past week as processors and exporters continue filling short term shipping needs.
The bid range for No 1 Canada farmers dressed brown and yellow mustard delivered processing plants both advanced 5% on the week, pushing past CDN $1 per pound, while oriental jumped 16% to 71 cents per pound.
Rising prices reflect supply fundamentals and the needs of processors and exporters.
