U.S. Bean Harvest 97% Complete
WASHINGTON - Nov 1/21 - SNS -- This year's dry edible bean harvest in the United States is approaching completion, with 97% of the crop in the bin, judging from state level reports from the USDA.
The harvest is now complete in Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Washington state and Wyoming.
In the remaining states it is at least 95% complete, bringing overall harvest progress to 97%, compared to 99% at this time last year and the recent five year average of 95%.
