WASHINGTON - Oct 5/21 - SNS -- This year's dry edible bean harvest in the United States continues to advance at a faster than normal pace.
Reports from USDA state offices suggest 82% of the crop is in the bin, compared to 77% at this time last year and the recent five year average of 62%.
Montana's harvest is considered complete, while Michigan's is 84% in the bin, compared to 46% at this time last year and the recent average of 49%.
