Russia's Sunflower Seed Exports Reveal Improved Oucome
PANAMA - Sep 28/21 - SNS -- Russia's export shipments of sunflower seeds during July made massive increases, rising compared to the previous month, according to data from Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Total exports during the month reached 2,975 metric tons (MT), up 72% from the previous month's total of 1,732. So far exports have reached 26,274 MT, down from 843,902 in the same period the previous calendar year.
In the month, Kazakhstan was the biggest consumer, receiving 1,766 MT. Belarus was the second most important consumer buying 513 MT, followed by China at 464 MT.
