Mustard Bids Maintain Record Highs
PANAMA - Sep 19/21 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets maintained their firm tone against further confirmation production is down sharply from last year.
In its latest model based estimate, Statistics Canada pegged the Canadian harvest at a record low 70,900 metric tons (MT), down from 98,800 last year.
With ending stocks pegged at 40,000 MT, Canada has an available supply of 110,900 MT, compared to 159,800 last season.
