Mustard Maintains Bullish Tone
PANAMA - Sep 10/21 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets maintained their bullish tone in limited trading activity during the past week.
Markets were helped by Statistics Canada's stocks in all positions report for July 31. It showed the 2020-21 season ended with 40,000 metric tons (MT) of mustard seed in all positions, down from 61,000 a year ago.
Commercial inventories were reported at 13,000 MT, compared to 14,000 last year; while stocks on farms sank from 47,000 to 28,000 MT.
