United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 9/21 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2020-21 marketing year with prices leaping 10% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $60.00 per cwt in February, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $48.70 per cwt in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $52.83 per cwt in May, compared to the lowest monthly average of $47.13 per cwt in September.
