Yellow Peas Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/21 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Peas markets finished the 2020-21 marketing year with prices soaring 18% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $343.00 per MT in May, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $220.00 per MT in August.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $273.33 per MT in February, compared to the lowest monthly average of $220.33 per MT in August.
