Oriental Mustard Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/21 - STAT -- Canadian Oriental Mustard markets finished the 2020-21 marketing year with prices offered to growers soaring 14% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Oriental Mustard was CDN$32.11 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $28.14 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $37.63 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $27.20 per cwt in August.
