Brown Mustard Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/21 - STAT -- Canadian Brown Mustard markets finished the 2020-21 marketing year with prices offered to growers leaping 13% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Brown Mustard was CDN$37.04 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $32.74 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $45.38 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $31.00 per cwt in October.
