Sunflower Seed Exports From Kazakhstan Open On Soft Tendency
PANAMA - Jul 27/21 - SNS -- Kazakhstan's movement of sunflower seeds in March fell compared to the previous month, according to data from The Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Shipments totalled 10,365 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 42% from the 17,834 MT shipped the previous month. Movement so far total 71,381 MT, compared to 78,179 during the last calendar year.
Turkey was the number one consumer, receiving 3,012 MT. Uzbekistan was the second most important consumer receiving 2,735 MT, followed by China at 2,412 MT.
